Deciphering the World
My Economic Journey
I’m David Grosu, a high schooler from Bucharest who, to be honest, used to find economics pretty much impossible to like. Eventually, I realized the subject itself wasn't the problem it was just the dry way it was being taught. I started this blog to bridge that gap for students who feel the same way I did. My goal is to take the standard curriculum and turn it into something clear, relatable, and actually interesting giving everyone the chance to master a world of ideas that used to feel completely out of reach.

The origins
This is a look back at my path through the world of economics covering everything from the very first spark of interest to the official launch of this site.
Finding my feet
Entered high school without a real roadmap, so I spent the year diving into different subjects just to see what would stick.
Casting a Wide Net
Things started to click as I explored everything from music and sports to my first real brush with chemistry and economics.
The turning point
11th grade brought some tough lessons in economics, but I pushed through the setbacks. At the time, I was eyeing Medical Engineering while keeping my interest in the markets on the side.
A new direction
The presidential election and my first vote changed everything. It pushed me to pivot my future studies, launch this site, and finally bridge the gap between politics and economics.
Constant Growth
I’m still at it, learning something new about how our world is built and run every single day.
What im toking about
Comprehensive solutions tailored to your security and investigation needs
Reality Check
I’m tired of dry textbooks. I started this to see if economic theories actually explain why my rent is rising and my favorite coffee costs $7.
The Translator
Economists love big words for simple things. I’m here to translate the jargon into plain English for the rest of us.
